Hi everyone

We are now meeting at the Collyers College, opposite Horsham Hospital on Sunday evenings as usual. The first half is a guided meditation on the breath and opportunity to diacuss meditation practice. After a short tea break the group practice silent sitting, a shared reading and Dharma discussion.

I am looking forward to building a strong local Sangha we can all benefit from.
